ORDERING
All items on this site may be ordered online through our secure shopping cart. To order a piece click images for more info and larger size.

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required at time of order. The balance will be charged to your Visa or Mastercard upon shipment. We accept checks or money orders as well.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Because each item is personally handcrafted to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling is FREE.   All orders are sent via US Post, insured, with a signature required.   If this is not convenient for you, please notify us.

SALES TAX
There is a six percent sales tax on Vermont orders.

RETURN POLICY
Deirdre's timeless jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations.   However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a 14 day return policy on all purchases.  After 14 days of the shipment date, no exchanges or refunds will be issued.  A printout of your order confirmation MUST accompany your return in order to receive a refund.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn & undamaged. We cannot accept it otherwise.  Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Custom work, special orders, or personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our side.
